By downloading, installing, or using the IBDPal iOS app (“the App”), or by using ibdpal.org for education, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) where they apply. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Website visitors should also review our educational disclaimers on each page.
2. Description of Service
IBDPal iOS app: A mobile application designed to help individuals with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) track nutrition, symptoms, medications, and related health notes. The App may provide:
- Daily logging of meals, symptoms, and medications
- Nutrition and micronutrient analysis
- Health trend visualization and insights
- Community features for patient support
- AI-assisted insights based on data you log
ibdpal.org: A public education and marketing website. It does not require an account and does not store personal health logs. App encryption and account rules apply to the App, not to ordinary website browsing.
3. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: IBDPal is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed to assist you in managing your IBD condition but should never replace professional medical advice.

- Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical care

4. User Responsibilities

- Website (ibdpal.org): Educational content. No account is required to browse. The website does not collect personal health information.
- IBDPal iOS app: The App Privacy Policy explains how app health and account data are collected, used, and protected (including encryption of health data in the app).
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
